Small medieval village, with houses made of local stone and slate roofs, which rise at the foot of the castle, restored in the respect of its original architecture. Cordes sur ciel
Cordes sur cielis a medieval village sheltered behind its ramparts. Walking through the steeply sloping streets, you'll notice the gothic like sculptured houses of Cordes-sur-Ciel. This is one of the oldest villages of the Midi-Pyrenees (1222). It is classed in the Great Sites of Midi-Pyrenees
